Suddenly I have found my old map:-) It was printed in my book in 1992 and second edition in 1994. Now the situation is a little different - percentage of students studying in Latvian increased to 73% in the country. Please let me know, if you have any questions. Perhaps my text in www.li.lv on minorities will be interesting? Теперь хочу написать брошурку и на русском языке. Regards, Ilmars Mezs
