kireevAccording to CNN's Roy Konviser, Montenegrin prime minister Milo Djukanovic spoke on Montenegring TV at about 1AM CEST and said that after 99% of the votes had been counted, the percentage of votes for independence was 55,5%, and the remaining votes can't change the outcome of the referendum. Djukanovic also congratulated Serbia on its independence.
