Латвийский реферндум о вступлении в Евросоюз

Нашел вот такую отличную карту латвийского референдума о вступлении в Евросоюз (2003). Тогда 67% проголосовало "за", но как четко видно, что "против" голосовало русское меньшинство, имеющее право голоса. В статье, где я нашел эту карту, подсчитали, что 80% нелатышей проголосовали "против", в том числе 91% этнических русских.

You're right. Latvian elite stressed this perception in its pro-EU propaganda to achieve the desirable result.
